What is included in the Daily Digest email?

The Daily Digest email is a convenient summary email that Wealthbox sends out each morning. It provides users with an at-a-glance overview of their daily agenda, including tasks, events, and updates from their Wealthbox workspace. This daily email helps you stay organized and prepared for the day ahead by highlighting key activities, upcoming meetings, and recent activity within your Wealthbox account.

If the user has chosen to receive the “Daily Digest” email, which is delivered to their inbox each morning, they will receive a separate email for each workspace they are a user in.

The Daily Digest emails highlight the following:

  • Tasks: All incomplete tasks that are visible to the user and that are due on the current day.

  • Events: All non-cancelled events scheduled to occur on that day that the user has either created or has an event invite for and has not declined.

  • Workflow Steps: All workflow steps assigned to the user due on the current day.

  • Opportunities: All opportunities assigned to the user with a target close date for the current day.

  • Special Dates: All contact special dates (i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, and client since dates) on the current day are for contacts that are active and visible to the user.

      • Birth Years: Birth years are excluded from Daily Digest emails. This aligns with industry best practices and privacy standards aimed at protecting Contact information from potential risks associated with sensitive personal information.
      • Date of Death: Contacts with an assigned ​Date of Death do not currently get added to the Daily Digest, despite their active or inactive status. The specific Dates of Death will not be included in the Daily Digest email in Wealthbox at all including on the anniversary of the death.

Common questions:

Q: How do I elect to receive the Daily Digest
A:
To sign up for the Daily Digest, go to your “Notifications” page in your Settings and check the “Email me a daily digest email at 6 am” check box.

Q: What email address is the Daily Digest sent to?  ​
A: The daily digest is sent to the email address on your user profile screen, which is also your Wealthbox login. You cannot specify a different address for the Daily Digest without updating the email address on your profile screen.

Q: Can I receive the Daily Digest for just contacts that I am "Assigned To?"
A: The Daily Digest considers the contact records visibility settings when composing the message as opposed to the "Assigned To" field. Currently, it is not possible to customize the Daily Digest notifications to only show contacts that you are assigned to.


Q: Can I specify specific workspaces to receive and not receive the Daily Digest?
A: You cannot currently receive the Daily Digest email for only one workspace. If you select the option in one workspace, it will be applied to all workspaces. A separate email will be sent for each workspace and cannot be consolidated into one email.
