Confirm the deletion; note, this permanently removes notes, tasks, and workflows tied solely to those contacts (Opportunities remain intact)
Bulk Tagging
- You can assign or remove tags on many contacts simultaneously using Bulk Actions → Tag Contacts, then choose Add or Remove.
- This streamlines categorization across groups of contacts
- See: How do I add or remove contact tags and what are best practices?
Bulk Update Visibility (Permissions)
- Select multiple contacts and use Bulk Actions → Update: Permissions to set visibility to Everyone, Only Me, or a Group.
- This ensures the right users or teams have appropriate access to contact records.
- See: How do I restrict access to Contact records?
What Bulk Actions can't do
Custom Fields cannot be updated through the Bulk Actions menu. Instead, Wealthbox offers a separate “Contact Updates” import feature to handle bulk editing of custom fields via spreadsheet import; this tool is available only upon request via support@Wealthbox.com.
