Can emails I send to my Contacts appear on their Record page?

Using the Wealthbox Mail feature

Yes, your emails will appear on the Contact Record Page, under the “Email” tab.
Synced emails will not post to the contacts Activity Stream.

Using the BCC Dropbox Feature

  • Emails added to Wealthbox via the BCC DropBox method are saved as part of the Contacts record and, unlike synced emails, will not be deleted from Wealthbox if the email is deleted from the email provider's server or if the user's email sync is disconnected.
  • These emails do not display on a contact record's "Email" tab, they will only display in the Contact's "Activity" Stream.
  • When you BCC this address, the email will be logged to the appropriate contact's record in Wealthbox, as long as that contact's email address is already in your system.
  • If a contact with the email address does not exist, Wealthbox will create a contact record for anyone in the "To" field and automatically relate the email to the record.
