How can I create, delete or edit tags?

To create new tags or delete existing tags:

  1. In the top-right corner, click the three stacked dots () and select “Settings.”
  2. Select “Customizations,” in the sidebar.

  3. Choose “Tags.”

  4. You can create tags or delete existing tags.

Q: If I delete a tag, will the associated contact names be deleted too?
A:
No, the contact names will not be deleted; only the tag will be deleted.

Q: Can I recover a deleted tag?

Important Considerations:

  • Re-creating a deleted tag will not automatically restore it to the records where it was previously applied.
