A workspace in Wealthbox CRM enables a firm to separate out data segments between different firms and/or advisors and completely separate their data. Multiple workspaces, available on the "Pro" or "Premier" plans, are an alternative to using visibility permissions to restrict data (see: http://help.wealthbox.com/account-user-management/can-i-set-restrictions-for-certain-users-within-a-workspace).
