Organization Reports allows firms with multiple workspaces to view and analyze data across their entire organization in one place. Instead of running separate reports in each workspace, you can generate a single, unified report that combines data from all active workspaces within your subscription.


What Are Organization Reports?

Organization Reports provide a high-level, organization-wide view by aggregating data from multiple workspaces into one report.

  • Single workspace reports → limited to one workspace
  • Organization reports → combine data across all workspaces

This is especially useful for firms managing multiple teams, offices, or business units.

AI Builder for Organization Reports

The AI Builder for Organization Reports allows you to create organization-wide reports using natural language, similar to the AI Builder available for single-workspace reports.

Simply describe the report you'd like to create, and Wealthbox will help build the report structure, filters, and fields for you.

Organization Dashboards

Organization Dashboards provide a visual, organization-wide view of key metrics and reporting data across all workspaces.

Organization Dashboards can be accessed from the Organization Settings page.

Note: If you enable Organization Reports for yourself, Organization Dashboards will automatically be enabled as well.

 

How Organization Reports Work

When you run an Organization Report, Wealthbox automatically gathers and combines data from all workspaces behind the scenes:

  1. Create a report template
    Choose what you want to report on (e.g., Opportunities), apply filters, and select fields.
  2. Run the report
    A parent report is created at the organization level.
  3. Workspace-level processing
    Wealthbox generates a separate report for each workspace.
  4. Data aggregation
    Results from all workspaces are merged into one unified report.
  5. View results
    You see a single report with combined data across your organization.

 


Viewing & Exporting Reports

You can view Organization Reports in:

  • Table view (in-app)
  • Export formats:
    • CSV (.csv)
    • Excel (.xlsx)

Exports include workspace-level details, so you can see where each record originated.

Access & Permissions

To use Organization Reports, a user must have one of the following:

  • Organization Admin role, or
  • “Manage Organization Reports” permission

Important

Users with access to Organization Reports can view data across all workspaces, regardless of their individual workspace permissions.


How to Access

Once enabled, Organization Reports and Dashboards can be accessed via:

  • The bento box (grid icon) in the top navigation, or
  • Organization Settings (for Organization Admins)

    Note: If Organization Reports are enabled for your user account, Organization Dashboards will automatically be available as part of the pilot.


Limitations

  • There is no global search across all workspaces
  • 50,000 row display limit in the browser

    • Larger datasets can still be exported fully

  • Currently combine reports manually
