WealthVision provides integrated solutions designed to support advisory firms of all sizes, from independent advisors to enterprise organizations. With the WealthVision integration, users can access and view Wealthbox contact and account data directly within WealthVision, reducing the need to switch between systems. This integration helps streamline account lookups, improve data consistency, and support more efficient day-to-day workflows for advisors and their teams.
How to Enable the WealthVision Integration with Wealthbox
The Wealthbox integration is available for all WealthVision advisors except for those on WealthVision Essentials. If advisors on WealthVision Essentials wish to use the integration, they will need to upgrade to a more premium version of WealthVision.
- Log in to WealthVision
- From the Integrations drop-down, click View All Integrations.
- Select "Wealthbox".
- Click the green "Turn On" button.
- You will be redirected to Wealthbox and prompted to enter your Wealthbox credentials. Click Log in to Wealthbox.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your Wealthbox platform. To start importing Wealthbox Clients, click Manage Clients in the top right. If you are not ready to import Clients just yet, click Go back to WealthVision.
After enabling the integration, the Wealthbox integration page in WealthVision will display an "active" message.
Key Features of the Integration
Single Sign-on: The integration features single sign-on capabilities, allowing advisors to quickly transition between their WealthVision application and Wealthbox.
Bi-Directional Contact Sync: You can sync contacts two ways between applications, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of your client’s information. That means you can import a new client to WealthVision to avoid doubling your data entry efforts or sync an existing client with their Wealthbox profile to ensure the accuracy of their information.
Note: When you import contacts from Wealthbox or on the initial link in WealthVision, the info from Wealthbox will override the fields populated in WealthVision. In other words, if you have details populated in WealthVision, but not in Wealthbox, the WealthVision fields will be cleared to match the fields coming from Wealthbox.
If a contact record exists in Wealthbox, WealthVision will prompt you to create the contact or link to an existing contact in WealthVision. Advisors can link imported clients from Wealthbox to their ClientWorks profile giving them the ability to use the LPL Direct Feed and grant access for their clients to use the AccountView integration to access their client portal.
