How to Connect FSS Edge to Wealthbox
- From your Agent Dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Under the Wealthbox section, click Change.
- In the same browser, log in to your Wealthbox account. Click Link Wealthbox CRM to authorize the connection. You will be redirected to Wealthbox in a new tab to complete authentication.
- Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message in Wealthbox indicating that authentication succeeded.
- After authorization, return to FSS Edge and click I’ve completed the authorization.
- Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation banner showing Wealthbox CRM is linked!
- In the configuration panel, you can fine-tune how data syncs between Edge and Wealthbox. Available settings:
- Include on or after date: Specify a start date if you only want to sync registrants who joined after a specific date.
- Validate data before syncing: Checks contacts and guest records for missing or incomplete fields before sending them to Wealthbox. This helps prevent errors or incomplete entries.
- Create events for seminars: Automatically mirrors your seminar schedule into Wealthbox as new events, allowing you to track attendees and appointments easily.
- Allow sub-addressing for guest contacts: Adds unique email sub-addresses (e.g. name+guest1@email.com) for guest entries. This may help prevent duplicate rejection in Wealthbox.
- After reviewing your options, click Save Settings.
- Once configuration is saved, contact syncing will begin automatically. Contacts are pushed from FSS Edge to Wealthbox approximately every 5 minutes.
Configuring Tagging at the Roster Level
Once your Wealthbox integration is active, you can fine-tune tagging for each individual event roster.
Click the Edit icon next to a meeting to open additional configuration options. A prompt will appear where you can define the Source, Type, and select any Tags you’re using in Wealthbox to help categorize your registrants.
Settings are configured per meeting, so you can adjust tags uniquely for each event as needed.
Example: Editing Roster Configuration
- Click the edit icon on the roster.
- Select a Source (e.g., Direct Mail, Digital Campaign).
- Choose a Type (e.g., Prospect, Client).
- Add one or more Tags to label your registrants for Wealthbox segmentation.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Once saved, the selected Source, Type, and Tags will appear in your roster view and automatically sync to Wealthbox with new registrant records.
