The Qwil Messenger Integration

The Qwil Messenger integration with Wealthbox automatically logs client conversations from Qwil Messenger as notes under the corresponding client records in Wealthbox. This keeps communication organized, searchable, and visible to the full team in one place.

By capturing client messages directly in Wealthbox, firms can support record-keeping requirements while giving coverage and service teams a complete view of client activity without switching systems.

Qwil Messenger provides secure, private client communication with banking-grade security. There is no need to rely on SMS, encrypted email, or client portals.

Connect Qwil Messenger with Wealthbox

  1. In Qwil Messenger, open the Settings tab and navigate to Third-Party Integrations. 
  2. Click Connect to Wealthbox.
  3. You will be redirected to Wealthbox to grant the required permissions to Qwil Messenger.
  4. Click Authorize. You will then be redirected back to Qwil Messenger. Integration 2 - Wealthbox___Authorize_an_application.jpeg
  5. Once connected, the Wealthbox integration will appear in green under Third-Party Integrations. Integration 3 - Qwil connected to WB.jpg

How the Integration Works

After the integration is enabled:

  • Client chats sync automatically within 10 minutes for the previous day
  • Ongoing syncs occur daily at midnight
  • All synced conversations appear as notes under the client record in Wealthbox 

Chats will sync for clients who:

  • Exist in both Qwil Messenger and Wealthbox
  • Share the same email address in both systems


If a conversation does not sync, check that the client email matches in both platforms. Integration logs will indicate whether syncs were successful. The sync process is not retroactive. Conversations from earlier periods can be downloaded from Qwil Messenger and manually uploaded to Wealthbox if needed.
 

Note: Be sure to set the correct timezone in Qwil Messenger under Settings to ensure timestamps are set correctly in chat logs.
