Omniview Reporting is a Wealthbox feature that allows authorized users to run firm-wide reports that bypass standard visibility settings. When enabled, Omniview provides a complete, organization-wide view of CRM data in a single report.
This feature is available on Premier and Enterprise plans and is intended for situations where full workspace visibility is required, beyond what standard visibility rules allow.
Who Omniview Reporting Is For
Omniview Reporting is available to users based on Wealthbox permissions. Access is automatically granted to Account Owners and Organization Admins, and can be extended to other users as needed.
Firms commonly use Omniview Reporting for firm-wide oversight, compliance review, and performance analysis, for example:
Supervisors and firm leadership reviewing activity and performance across the firm.
Compliance officers verifying documentation and communications.
Finance teams analyzing firm-wide opportunities and revenue data.
By enabling secure, read-only access to all report data, Omniview helps firms improve oversight, transparency, and efficiency while maintaining data integrity.
How Omniview Reporting Works
When running a report, users with Omniview permission will see an option to “Run in Omniview Mode.” Selecting this option temporarily bypasses standard visibility rules and displays results from across the entire workspace, regardless of record ownership.
Omniview Reporting is read-only. Users cannot open, edit, or modify records from the report results, ensuring existing security and data integrity remain intact.
