The Estately integration enables advisors to securely connect Wealthbox and estate-planning tools, keeping client data synchronized between platforms. Once connected, Wealthbox contacts can be imported directly into Estately, complete with key client details such as name, email address, date of birth, and home address.

- Log into Estately and navigate to the Integrations page.
- Locate Wealthbox in the list of available CRM integrations.
- Click the "Connect" button next to Wealthbox.
- You will be redirected to the Wealthbox login page. Enter your Wealthbox credentials and authorize the connection.

How to import Wealthbox contacts into Estately
- Navigate to the Client Plans page in Estately.
- Click the "Add client" button.
- Click the "Import from CRM" button.
- A list of your Wealthbox contacts will appear. You can scroll through the list or type to search for a specific client.
- Select the client you want to import. If the client has a spouse listed in Wealthbox, you'll be prompted to import the spouse as well.
- Review the imported information (first name, last name, email address, date of birth, and address). Make any necessary adjustments.
- Assign the client to an advisor by selecting the advisor under “Who should have access to the client’s estate plan?”, and click "Create account."
