How to Enable the Invent Integration with Wealthbox
- When a firm requests it, Invent will generate a unique Wealthbox magic link for each user. After clicking on the link and signing in with their Wealthbox credentials, the user’s account will connect to Invent, syncing contacts and linking their profile between both systems.
Log into Invent, click your profile icon, then go to Settings → Connections. You’ll see your Wealthbox connection listed with a green dot, indicating it’s enabled.
Go to the Client tab, then the Activity tab. You’ll see the Wealthbox Notes and Wealthbox Tasks micro-apps prompting you to connect. Click Connect on each app and sign in with your Wealthbox credentials.
After connecting your Wealthbox Notes and Tasks micro-apps, you’ll see all contact-related notes and tasks in one unified view. Manage everything — view, create, edit, and delete — without switching platforms. Changes sync instantly between Wealthbox and Invent, keeping your data up to date in real time.
