Overview

The Hubly + Wealthbox integration enables advisory firms to streamline their back-office workflows by syncing client data and activity across both platforms. Hubly helps firms build visual workflows and track client service tasks in real-time, while Wealthbox serves as the central CRM.

By integrating the two systems, firms can better manage client follow-ups, centralize communication, and reduce the need for duplicate data entry.

How to Enable the Integration

Step 1: Contact Hubly Support

  • Hubly will activate the integration on your account. You must be a current Hubly customer to proceed.

Step 2: Generate Your Wealthbox API Key

  1. In Wealthbox, go to the three-dot menu (top right) > Settings > API Access

  2. Click “Create Access Token”

  3. Enter a label (e.g., “Hubly”) and click Save

  4. Copy the generated API key

Step 3: Provide API Key to Hubly

  • In Hubly, go to Settings > Integrations > Wealthbox

  • Paste the copied API token into the API key field

  • Click Connect

Once connected, Hubly will begin syncing with your Wealthbox contacts.

 

How Does the Hubly Integration Work?

Once connected, Hubly and Wealthbox maintain a bi-directional sync of contact data. Client profiles created or updated in either system are reflected in the other. Notes and activities created in Hubly can also be associated with Wealthbox contact records for a unified client view.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why aren’t my contacts syncing between Wealthbox and Hubly?
A: Ensure that the API token is still active in your Wealthbox settings and that the contact has a valid email address. Hubly uses this as a matching field.

Q: Can I see Hubly activity in Wealthbox?
A: Direct activity logs may not appear in Wealthbox’s activity stream, but related tasks and contact data will be updated accordingly.
