Yext Relate is a compliant communication platform designed for financial professionals to
engage with clients via text messaging and voice calling. The Wealthbox integration enables
seamless syncing of contacts and communication activity between platforms. View Relate
messages and call activity directly within Wealthbox contact records, and ensure all client
interactions are archived and compliant — without switching systems.

How to Enable the Yext Relate Integration with Wealthbox

A Relate admin must enable the Wealthbox Integration before users can connect their
Wealthbox and Relate accounts. 

To enable the Wealthbox Integration:

  1. In Relate’s admin view’s side panel, select Settings
  2. Select the Organization Settings tab
  3. In the Hierarchy section, select the hierarchies where you’d like to enable Wealthbox
  4. Under Networks, enable Wealthbox

After an admin has enabled Wealthbox, users can connect their Relate and Wealthbox accounts
by following these steps:

  1. In Relate’s top right, click on your profile picture, then select Workspace Settings
  2. Select the Integrations tab
  3. Under Wealthbox, click Connect Wealthbox Account

  4. Log in to your Wealthbox account
  5. You will be redirected back to Relate’s Integration tab to view the integration status. The
    initial sync may take several minutes, depending on the number of contacts in the
    connected Wealthbox account.

How to Disconnect Yext Relate and Wealthbox Accounts

To disconnect Relate and Wealthbox accounts, go to the Integrations tab in Relate’s Workspace
Settings and click Disconnect Wealthbox.

To disconnect all users’ connections between Wealthbox and Relate and stop future
connections from being made, follow these steps:

  1. Go to every connected user’s Integrations tab in their Workspace Settings and
    disconnect each user’s Wealthbox connection.
  2. In admin settings, go to Organization Settings and disable the Wealthbox integration
