How to Enable the Integration
Log in to your Wealthbox account.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “Applications” from the dropdown menu.
Scroll through the list to find fpPathfinder.
Click “Settings” next to fpPathfinder.
Click the green “Connect fpPathfinder” button to enable the integration.
How Does the fpPathfinder Integration Work?
Once you connect the fpPathfinder integration in Wealthbox, you can easily share client-specific planning tools between the two platforms. Inside fpPathfinder, you can select a Wealthbox contact to link with a checklist or flowchart, making it simple to customize planning resources for each client. When you finish a document, you can send it directly to the chosen contact in Wealthbox. It will appear in their activity stream for easy tracking and reference.Â
The integration matches contacts using either their email address or full name. It also uses an on-demand syncing model, so data is only pushed from fpPathfinder to Wealthbox when you initiate the action. This ensures updates are intentional, accurate, and always under your control.
