How to Enable the Integration

How to Enable the fpPathfinder Integration in Wealthbox

  1. Log into your Wealthbox account.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “Applications” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll through the list to find fpPathfinder.

  5. Click “Settings” next to fpPathfinder.

  6. Click the green “Connect fpPathfinder” button to enable the integration.

How Does the fpPathfinder Integration Work?

Once the fpPathfinder integration is connected in Wealthbox, it enables a seamless exchange of client-specific planning tools between the two platforms. From within fpPathfinder, users can select a Wealthbox contact to associate with a checklist or flowchart, allowing them to tailor planning resources to individual clients. Once completed, these documents can be sent directly to the selected Wealthbox contact, where they will appear in the contact’s activity stream for easy tracking and reference.

Contact matching is based on either email address or full name. The integration uses an on-demand syncing model, meaning data is pushed from fpPathfinder to Wealthbox only when the user initiates the action, such as sending a checklist, ensuring intentional and accurate updates.

Q: Why can’t I see Wealthbox in my fpPathfinder account?
A: Make sure your fpPathfinder subscription level includes integration access. You may need to contact their support to upgrade.

Q: My contacts aren’t showing up in fpPathfinder.
A: fpPathfinder fetches Wealthbox contacts via email or full name match. Ensure the contact you’re selecting exists in Wealthbox with matching information.

Q: Can I send a checklist from Wealthbox to fpPathfinder?
