The TradePMR Integration

TradePMR is a leading custodial services provider built exclusively for RIAs. With this integration, advisors using TradePMR’s Fusion platform can now experience seamless connectivity with Wealthbox— helping bring together custodial operations and modern CRM functionality.

 

Enabling Wealthbox in Fusion

To enable this integration, navigate to the Apps icon in the top navigation bar in Fusion and click the settings (gear icon). Turn the toggle for Wealthbox to ON and initiate your subscription with the vendor.

Opening an Account

Start New Application

  1. Go to Accounts › Account Opening › Composites.
  2. While in Composites, click “New” to start a new account application.

Fill Out Application

Name the application, set your submit method, verify that client authorization has been received, and click “Start” to launch the digital Account Open screen within Fusion. Clicking “Start” will redirect the user to Wealthbox for authentication.

Add Client

  1. With Wealthbox enabled, searching a client will populate the clients from both Wealthbox and Fusion with the matching name.
  2. Select the desired client and click “Add.”

  3. Once added, the client demographics will be shown. Additional clients can be added by selecting “+ Add Client.” As a note, clients from Wealthbox cannot be edited within Fusion. Any changes to the client demographics must be made in Wealthbox.

Add Client Accounts

Under the “Accounts” tab, name the application and choose the account type and the rep code. Then, click “Create.”

Under the “Primary Account Holder” tab, the dropdown menu at the top of the screen will allow you to select any client added to the application in the previous step. Once selected, the form will pre-populate with information pulled from Wealthbox. Changing a client in the dropdown will change the pre-populated Wealthbox information.

From here, complete the application with the rest of the desired information and submit.
