Mili offers a seamless, configurable integration with Wealthbox to help your advisory team maintain centralized, compliant, and actionable client records. This guide outlines how to connect your accounts and use Mili to push meeting notes, tasks, and workflows directly into Wealthbox.
Connecting Mili to Your Wealthbox Account
To initiate the integration:
- Navigate to the Integrations tab located at the bottom-left of your Mili dashboard.
- In the integrations list, find Wealthbox and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Wealthbox login page. Enter your Wealthbox credentials.
- Upon successful authentication, your Wealthbox account will be securely synced with your Mili workspace.
Syncing Meeting Notes from Mili to Wealthbox
Once a meeting has concluded and the notes have been finalized in Mili, you can sync them directly to Wealthbox:
- Click on Update → Wealthbox → Add Notes.
- Select the appropriate Contact to associate the note with.
- Optionally, apply Tags to categorize or organize the note.
- Click Sync to Wealthbox to complete the update. The note will now appear in the selected contact’s record in Wealthbox.
Syncing Action Items and Workflows from Mili to Wealthbox
You can also push action items and workflows captured during your meeting into Wealthbox:
- Click on Update → Wealthbox → Add Action Items.
- Select the relevant Contact.
- Review and modify each action item in a structured table view. Editable fields include:
- Task Name
- Description
- Due Date
- Priority
- Assignee
- You may delete tasks, convert tasks to workflows (and vice versa), or link to existing workflows.
- You may edit the workflow template selected.
- Once finalized, click Sync to Wealthbox to push all tasks and initiates the workflows in Wealthbox.
