Overview

The integration between Axos and Wealthbox provides advisors with the ability to bring Axos financial account information directly into a Wealthbox contact record. Advisors are able to see Axos account details, account balances and positions right within Wealthbox.

How to enable the Axos Advisor Services integration

After an advisor enables the Axos integration, Wealthbox will receive client account details from Axos, which will match to Wealthbox clients based on SSN. Wealthbox’s auto-match feature saves advisors time by eliminating the manual linking of clients between systems.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: What happens if I disconnect the integration?
A: Once disconnected, no new data will sync from Axos to Wealthbox. Previously synced data will no longer display in Wealthbox.
Q: What should I do if I do not see Axos data on my client's contact record?
A: Ensure you've submitted your "Axos Third-Party Export Request" form to your Axos Client Services Advocate. Aside from enabling the integration, this step grants Wealthbox access to pull data from Axos into your Wealthbox contacts.
Q: How are clients matched when syncing data from Axos into Wealthbox?
A: Wealthbox matches clients between systems using their SSN. For this matching to work, clients will need a matching SSN in both Axos and Wealthbox.
