What is Annuities Genius?
Annuities Genius provides annuity illustration software for financial advisors and annuity agents, saving time, increasing sales, and building client trust. The Wealthbox integration allows advisors to send contact data directly to Annuities Genius to start the annuity selection process. Advisors can sync and manage annuity data within Wealthbox to streamline workflows, track policies, keep client portfolios updated, and improve accuracy while saving time.
How Does the Integration Work?
- Access Annuity Data: View contract values, policy details, maturity dates, and premium schedules directly in Wealthbox.
- Send to Functionality: Automatically import annuity data from Annuities Genius into Wealthbox to keep records current.
- Custom Workflows: Automate annuity-related tasks for efficient client service and organization.
- One-Way Sync: Data flows from Annuities Genius to Wealthbox. Changes in Wealthbox don’t sync back, so updates must be handled in each platform.
How to Enable the Integration
- Before enabling, please ensure you have an active Annuities Genius account and the necessary permissions within Wealthbox to enable integrations.
- Then, you can log in to your Wealthbox account.
- Select the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right, click "Applications", locate "Annuities Genius", then select the "Settings" button to the right.
- Follow the prompts to authorize and link your Annuities Genius account to Wealthbox.
- Once the integration is authorized, you will be able to see your Annuities Genius data in Wealthbox. You'll be able to access the import menu within the Annuities Genius Client Management dashboard.

From there, you can select the clients you wish to import and begin the annuity section process.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: What happens if I disconnect the integration?
A: Once disconnected, you can no longer import clients to Annuities Genius, but existing data will remain.
Issue: What if I don't see "From Wealthbox" in the import menu on Annuities Genius?
Solution: Ensure you've properly authorized the integration by following the steps in the "How to Enable the Integration" section of this help article.
