What is the AdviceCloud integration?

The AdviceCloud integration with Wealthbox enables financial advisors to sync client data across both platforms. This simplifies client management, facilitates easy onboarding by importing Wealthbox contacts into AdviceCloud, and ensures client information remains current.

How does the integration work?

With the AdvisorCloud–Wealthbox integration, your client and workflow data stay connected across both platforms. Here’s how the integration makes managing your relationships easier:

  • See client data in one place – View AdviceCloud client profiles and financial details right from Wealthbox contact pages.

  • Stay in sync automatically – Key client details update every 24 hours, with a manual sync option anytime. If the connection is turned off, previously synced data stays in Wealthbox.

  • Save time onboarding – Import households and contacts from Wealthbox into AdviceCloud with just a click.

  • Work seamlessly between platforms – Create or edit tasks, notes, and workflows in AdviceCloud, with all updates syncing back to Wealthbox.

How to enable the integration 

    1. Log in to Wealthbox and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
    2. Locate AdviceCloud and click Connect.
    3. Enter your AdviceCloud credentials and authorize the integration.
    4. Adjust sync settings to specify how data will be shared.
    5. Choose whether to enable automatic updates for syncing AdviceCloud data.
    6. Click Save to complete the integration setup.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why isn’t my AdviceCloud data showing in Wealthbox?
A: Ensure the integration is enabled and check your sync settings under Settings > Integrations.

Q: Can I manually refresh the data sync?
A: Yes, navigate to the AdviceCloud tab in Wealthbox and click Refresh Sync.

Q: What happens if I disconnect the integration?
A: Once disconnected, no new data will sync from AdviceCloud to Wealthbox. Previously synced data will remain in Wealthbox.
