Quin is an AI-powered assistant that automatically turns conversations into action. Whether you're texting, emailing, or messaging Quin in-app, it captures notes, creates tasks, drafts follow-ups, and updates your CRM—so you don’t have to. Once connected to Wealthbox, Quin keeps your records up to date and your pipeline moving without interrupting your workflow. Advisors can capture meeting notes, generate calendar invites, summarize past conversations, and send updates on the go—all through simple, everyday communication.

How to Enable the Integration

  1. Go to Account Settings in Quin
  2. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab
  3. Click "Add Integration"
  4. Select Wealthbox from the list
  5. Follow the authentication prompts to connect your account

Once you’ve connected your Wealthbox CRM, you can have Quin add notes, tasks, contacts and more to Wealthbox from a voice, text or email message.

Q: How much is Quin to get started?

Quin is completely free for 14-days. You can add as many contacts and colleagues as you’d like to fully experience the value of Quin. After the 14 days, you’ll need to upgrade your plan in order to continue using Quin. See pricing at https://www.heyquin.io/pricing

Q: Does Quin replace my CRM?

No, Quin doesn't replace your CRM. It works alongside it to automate the manual admin tasks in your CRM, email and calendar like a great executive assistant.

Q: How does Quin protect my data?

Quin is built on top of AWS and we leverage a number of their built-in security features including 256 bit encryption on all databases and data transfers, firewall protection, and access monitoring.
