How do I export from LPL ClientWorks?

To export your data from LPL ClientWorks:

 

1. In ClientWorks, navigate to the “Clients” tab. Be sure that your Rep ID and any other Rep ID you’d like included are selected in the upper right corner before proceeding to the next step.

2. Navigate to the “Edit Columns” button on the right side of the page. This will allow you to add additional fields to the report (Phone Number, Email, Address, SSN, etc.)

3. Once you have added the fields you'd like included in the report, select EXPORT (right corner of the screen) to launch the export function.  Make sure to select "Comma Seperated (CSV)" as the File Type.

4. You will see a green “export ready” box appear once the file is ready to download. Select the “Export” button again, and download the file under “Today’s Exports”.

5. If you use the "CRM" section in Clientworks, you can navigate to the "CRM" section and repeat the same process to export your activities.
