How To Build Email and Call Drip Campaigns

With drip campaign actions, advisors can build automated sequences directly into Wealthbox workflows. This includes defining email templates for specific steps, streamlining call follow-ups, and combining these actions into cohesive drip campaigns. 

How to Add a Drip Campaign Action to a Workflow:

  1. Navigate to the Workflows section in Wealthbox.
  2. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.
  3. Add an "Action" to the workflow step by selecting the lightning bolt icon.

  4. From the "Add Action" dropdown, you have the option to select from options like Email Contact, Call Contact, Update Contact Details, and Send To.
      1. If you select "Email Contact" please note that you can use Mail Merge fields in the email template.



  5. Select one of the options and add Action Types and an Action label. 
  6. Save the action and workflow. You should now see the Action listed on the Workflow step and is ready for use.



 

Available on the Premier and Enterprise plans in Wealthbox. If you're subscribed to either plan, these features should already be enabled in your account.
