Wealthbox's "Send To" feature helps Advisors send contact details to Raymond James Client Onboarding & Maintenance tool for the purpose of creating a new account draft. Please note this only works with Raymond James RCS accounts.
How to enable the integration
- Go to the Raymond James Settings area within Wealthbox.
- Click on the “Connect” button in the New Account Opening section.
- The user will then be prompted to enter their Raymond James credentials. The user will then be redirected back to Wealthbox to enter their Wealthbox credentials.
- Once both sets of credentials have been inputted the integration will be connected
How does it work?
You can now use the "Send To" menu from a Contact Record page within Wealthbox to send contact details to Raymond James. This integration lets you create Raymond James new account drafts right from a Wealthbox Contact Record. The client will be imported into the Raymond James Client Onboarding & Maintenance tool.
