Integration Requirements & Setup
This guide explains how to set up and use the Wealthbox integration with BNYM Pershing’s NetX360+ platform. Follow the steps below to ensure seamless configuration and access.
Integration Requirements
To use the Wealthbox integration with BNYM Pershing, you’ll need:
- An agreement with BNYM Pershing to access the NetX360+ environment.
- An active Wealthbox CRM account.
- NetX360+ entitlement ID “00019445” is assigned to your user or template level.
- A successful Single Sign-On (SSO) from NetX360+ into Wealthbox for account linking.
Integration Features
- Single Sign-on is available from Pershing to Wealthbox and Wealthbox to Pershing as part of this integration.
- Pershing NetX360 account data, including balances and positions, is available on the Wealthbox contact record.
Accessing Wealthbox in NetX360+
- Log in to NetX360+ and navigate to Tools.
- Select Wealthbox SSO under the Prospecting & CRM section.
- Click to launch Wealthbox.
Logging In After Linking Timeout
If your link session has timed out, follow these steps to log in:
- A pop-up window will appear for authentication. Enter the email address associated with your Wealthbox account and click Send me a code.
- Check your email for the 6-digit authentication code. Enter this code on the screen and click Sign In.
Navigating Wealthbox After Linking
If your login is pre-linked and active:
- You’ll land on the Wealthbox Activity Stream page.
- Use the left-hand taskbar to navigate to the Contacts tab.
- Here, you can view your current contact list or create a new contact by clicking the green + New Contact button in the top right corner.
- When viewing a contact, you’ll see options to explore client information synced with NetX360+.
For Pre-linked & Active Logins
You will land at the Wealthbox Activity Stream page. You can navigate to the contacts tab on the left-hand taskbar.
Viewing Client Data
- To access detailed client data in Wealthbox, use the Client ID provided by Pershing.
- If you're unsure of the Client ID, you can find it in NetX360+:
- Drill down into a specific account under the Profile section.
- Navigate to the Participants View subsection to locate both the Client ID (unique to the client) and Client Record ID (unique within NetX360+).
If there are a substantial number of results, you will need to pick based on the Pershing “Client ID.”
If you are unsure of the Pershing “Client ID”, you can check this information within the NetX360+ screens. You must drill down into a specific account, profile section, and participant view sub-section. Client ID and Client Record ID can be used – Client ID is unique based on client input, and Client Record ID is unique within Pershing NetX360+ for your IBD.
Viewing Account Details
- Click on a client account within Wealthbox to see a summary display with two tabs: General and Positions.
- The General tab provides an overview of client information
- The Positions tab shows a detailed breakdown of all assets, including their previous close positions.
