How to Create a Report Using the AI Feature?

The reports feature in Wealthbox allows you to easily generate customizable CRM data reports tailored to your needs. With the AI reporting tool, simply enter a prompt, and the system will automatically generate the report for you.

 

To create a report, navigate to the Reports page in Wealthbox, then click the "Generate with AI" button. Enter your prompt in the provided field and select "Generate."

 

 

Once the report is generated, you’ll see the Report Name, Report Filters, and relevant fields displayed on the template. From here, you can select "Save Template" which will take you to the report results. The saved template will be stored in your Reports page and can be reused, eliminating the need to recreate the report each time.

 

 

AI and Automation features are available on the Premier and Enterprise plans in Wealthbox. If you're subscribed to either plan, these features should already be enabled in your account.
