You may now contact clients directly from Workflow Steps or Tasks in Wealthbox. By creating a workflow step or task with a title that includes "Email" or "Call," you'll see a corresponding "Call" or "Email" action button when opening the task. This feature lets you complete the action seamlessly from within Wealthbox.

Steps to Add a Suggested Action:

  • Go to the Tasks tab and create a new task with a title such as "Call Back," ensuring it is related to a contact with a phone number.
  • Save the task.

  • When you're ready to complete the task, click the task name to open a pop-out window with the task details, including a "Call" suggested action.

  • Click the "Call" button and select the desired phone number to initiate the call using Wealthbox's Click-to-Call feature.

  • Repeat the same steps with Workflows, including "Call" or "Email" in the title and associating it with a contact with a phone number or email to see the suggested action on the active workflow step.

Suggested Actions are available on the Premier and Enterprise plans in Wealthbox. If you're subscribed to either plan, these features should already be enabled in your account.
