By navigating to the three dots in the top right corner of Wealthbox and selecting Organization Settings, Org Admins can view and manage all users across multiple workspaces. From this page, you can edit user details such as their name, role, and workspace assignments.

Filtering by Active and Invited users

You can filter users by Active and Invited statuses to separate active users from those with pending invitations. This makes it easier to follow up with users who have not yet accepted their Wealthbox invitation.

Download User List

Org Admins have the option to download the User List for their account as a CSV file. This file includes key details such as user status, email, last login date, workspace role, and permissions.

Invite New and Edit Existing Users

Org Admins can invite new users with customized settings and edit existing users directly from the Organization Settings page.

They can also assign users to one or multiple workspaces using the “Add Workspace” button, streamlining team assignments and reducing setup time, allowing advisors to focus on building client relationships.

Organization Privileges

By default, users in Wealthbox are assigned the "Member" role. However, Org Admins can elevate certain individuals to "Admin" status, allowing them to manage settings, adjust permissions, and oversee other users across the organization.

Workspace Defaults

New default workspace roles allow Org Admins to automatically apply consistent permissions across new workspaces. Each workspace member can be assigned one of three roles—Member, Admin, or Owner—with Admins and Owners having access to additional management functions such as custom fields and workspace configurations.

Please note that the User Management Features are available for all Premier and Enterprise subscription types.
