The Wealthbox and Testimonial iQ integration streamlines the process of collecting client feedback and testimonials by allowing advisors to automate review requests directly within Wealthbox.
How to Enable the Testimonial iQ Integration
- Navigate to the Integrations tab (from the left Navigation bar) of Testimonial iQ
- To the right of the Wealthbox logo, click the “Settings” button then click “Connect Wealthbox”
- If you are not already logged in to Wealthbox, you will be prompted to do so.
- Once logged in, click the green “Authorize” button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a custom Event field in Wealthbox
- Inside Wealthbox, navigate to: Settings > Customizations > Custom Fields
- Click the green “Create Custom Field” button
- From the first drop down ”Field For”, select “Events”
- From the second drop down ”Field Type”, select “Single Select Dropdown”
- Call the field label “Testimonial iQ Request GBP Location”
- Copy and paste the field options listed in Testimonial iQ into Wealthbox. There will be one option for each of your office locations.
- Click “Save Custom Field”
- In Testimonial iQ, click the blue “Verify GBP Locations Custom Field” button. You will receive a success message after you have created the appropriate events fields.
Once enabled, the integration works by triggering a feedback request after each client meeting. Advisors can configure these requests to be sent based on specific events marked as “Completed” in Wealthbox, such as a “Client Review” category. Additionally, they can set a delay time (e.g., one hour) to ensure the request reaches clients at the most opportune moment.
