By default, Wealthbox Mail restricts email correspondence to the visibility setting set by the user when they sync their email. This overall email visibility can be adjusted at any time and is retroactive.
However, you can also adjust visibility for a specific contact by going to the “Email” tab within the contact’s record and selecting “Email Sharing.” This allows you to set specific visibility options for each email address associated with the contact, ensuring that any correspondence to or from that address is shared with the appropriate users.
