This article explains how to connect your MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber account to Wealthbox and what information is shared between platforms.

 

What is this Integration?

This integration allows you to connect your email marketing platform (MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber) to Wealthbox to export contact information.

 

How Does it Work?

When connected, Wealthbox sends your contacts’ first name, last name, and email address to your selected platform. If a contact has multiple email addresses, only the primary email—or the first listed email if none is marked as primary—will be exported.

 

How to Enable the Integration

  1. Select the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to Applications.
  3. Locate MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber.
  4. Click Settings next to your desired platform.
  5. Enter your login credentials to connect your account.

Solution: Make sure you are using valid login credentials for MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber and that your account is active.
