In Wealthbox, there are multiple options for tracking client reviews.

You could create tags for each month and apply the tag for the appropriate month to each client. This would allow you to filter a list of all contacts due in January, for example, so that you can easily schedule all January reviews.

A repeating task can then be created based on the frequency to set reminders to schedule the review.
- Event Categories allow you to label events easily. Adding event categories will also help when running reports for specific event types. For example, categorizing all annual reviews with the category "Annual Review" will allow you to report on upcoming or previous annual reviews by contact, event, or date range. Workspace admins and account owners can customize event categories.
- The most thorough option would be to create a client review workflow template. The workflow could include all the preparation steps for the review, followup steps for the review and the last step could be to restart the workflow based on the frequency. This workflow could include milestones and outcomes.
