How do I export my data from Advisor’s Assistant?

To create a backup of your Advisor's Assistant:

  1. From the computer or server that has the Advisors Assistant SQL Database installed, navigate to >Start > All Programs > Advisors Assistant > Database Maintenance > Backup > Restore

  2. This will open the Server Utilities. From there, you can click the Backup Button and select a location on your local computer for your backup file.

Advisors Assistant creates a 256-bit AES encrypted, compressed (zip file) backup which you can then send to our Data Migration team (migrate@wealthbox.com) for migration.
