Can I customize a Workflow that is linked to a specific contact?

Yes, you can customize an active workflow without changing the workflow template. For instance, if you have a "New Client Onboarding" template linked to a new client, but need to add a specific step for that client, you can open the workflow by clicking "View," then select "Options" and click "Edit" to access the Customize Workflow page. From there, you can use the "+" icon to add a step, the "-" icon to remove a step, or the pencil icon to edit an existing step.
