Yes, all users on your account can create and access the workflow templates to start the automated processes for contacts, opportunities, or projects.

In progress Workflows

In Wealthbox, all in-progress workflows are fully visible to every user within the same workspace. There are no visibility permissions or restrictions that limit who can access or view a workflow. This means that once a workflow is created, it will appear on the home screen and the workflow screen of all users in the workspace, regardless of who initiated or is assigned to the workflow. This open visibility is designed to promote transparency and collaboration across teams, ensuring everyone has insight into ongoing processes and tasks.
