What is Apple Calendar?
Calendar is a personal calendar app made by Apple that runs on both the macOS desktop and iOS mobile operating systems. This integration allows you to view your Wealthbox calendar from within Apple Calendar.
How Does the Integration Work?
- Once set up, the integration automatically syncs events from Wealthbox to Apple Calendar in a one-way sync.
- Events created or updated in Wealthbox will appear in Apple Calendar within a few minutes.
- Apple Calendar displays Wealthbox events in a read-only format—changes made in Apple Calendar won’t sync back to Wealthbox.
- You can view synced events across all your Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
- The sync includes events from 30 days prior to setup and 90 days into the future.
How to Enable the Integration
- Select the three dots (:) in the upper right-hand corner and select Applications.
- Locate the iCal application and click Settings.
- Copy the calendar web address link provided in the Settings section.
- Open the Apple Calendar app on your iMac.
- Go to File > New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the copied calendar link from Wealthbox into the field and click Subscribe.
- Choose a name and color for the calendar.
- Set the Auto-refresh option to "Every 5 minutes".
- Make any other adjustments to the settings, then click OK.

Q: What if I don't see any Wealthbox events on my Apple Calendar?
A: Ensure you've copied the full address from the "Your calendar web address" section; this is a unique URL that provides access to your calendar.
Q: Can I change how frequently this integration syncs events?
A: Yes, you can modify the "Auto-refresh" option on your Apple device to choose how frequently events are synced. By default, we recommend syncing every 5 minutes.
