To create a “Workflow” template:

Click on “Workflows” on the left-side navigation panel.

Choose “Manage Templates.”

Choose “Add Template.”

Name the Workflow.

Choose whether you want this to be a “Sequential” workflow. If you choose “no” the workflow will be a checklist which can be completed in any order.

Determine whether your workflow is for a contact, opportunity or project.

Give the workflow a description.

Fill in the details to create the steps.

Save the template.
