Account owners and admin users can enable two-factor Authentication from the “Account Security” page in Settings.
- Two-factor authentication, when enabled, applies to all users on the account. It cannot be turned on for individual users only.
- Upon enabling, all users will immediately or upon next login will be prompted with the pop-up to verify their mobile number. They cannot log in or navigate Wealthbox until they select "Text Me The Passcode" and re-authenticate.
- All users should store their unique backup codes in a secure location in case they lose access to their mobile device. After 2FA is enabled, users can access their backup codes from the Settings > Account Security page. The code will be sent to the user's mobile number saved on their Settings > Notifications page in Wealthbox.

Please note that if a user enters the wrong 2FA code 5 times, they will be prevented from entering another code for 5 minutes.
