Account owners and admin users can enable two-factor Authentication from the “Account Security” page in Settings.
- Two-factor authentication, when enabled, applies to all users on the account. It cannot be turned on for individual users only.
- Upon enabling, all users will immediately or upon next login will be prompted with the pop-up to verify their mobile number. They cannot log in or navigate Wealthbox until they select "Text Me The Passcode" and re-authenticate.
- All users should store their unique backup codes in a secure location should they lose access to their mobile device. After 2FA is enabled, users will be able to access their backup codes from the 2FA Security page within the Personal Settings. The code will be sent to the user's mobile number saved in their Profile Settings.

Please note that if a user enters the wrong 2FA code 5 times, they will be prevented from entering another code for 5 minutes.
