Account owners and admin users can enable two-factor Authentication from the “Account Security” page in Settings.
- Two-factor authentication, when enabled, applies to all users on the account. It cannot be turned on for individual users only.
- Upon enabling, all users will immediately or upon next login will be prompted with a pop-up to verify their mobile number. The code will be sent to the user's mobile number saved on their Settings > Notifications page in Wealthbox. They cannot log in or navigate Wealthbox until they select "Text Me The Passcode" and re-authenticate.
- All users should securely store their unique backup codes in case they lose access to their mobile device. Once 2FA is enabled, backup codes cannot be accessed in Wealthbox after they are downloaded; users must contact Support to regenerate them.

Please note that if a user enters the wrong 2FA code 5 times, they will be prevented from entering another code for 5 minutes.
