How do I upload a file for a Contact?

Wealthbox integrates with Dropbox, Box, and Google Drive. Users have the ability to upload files from any of these cloud services, or, if you choose to upload from your computer, the files can be stored in the Wealthbox Cloud (which uses Amazon EC2).

Uploading a file on the contact record:

 1. Go to the specific contact to which you wish to attach a file.
 2. Choose “Files” at the top of the activity stream for this contact.
 3. Click on “Attach Files” and choose your file source.

Common File questions

Q: Can I bulk download all files and or attachments in my workspace?
A:
At this time, Wealthbox does not support a bulk export feature for files or task attachments. Files and attachments need to be downloaded individually from their associated records (e.g., tasks, notes, or contact records).
