What fields can I include in my mail merge document templates?

You can insert the fields below into your Microsoft Word templates and upload them to Wealthbox to perform mail merges with your contacts.

 

Tip: To ensure everything works correctly, copy the field from the below list and paste it directly into your Mail Merge field in Word. For example, "firstname" won’t pull in the contact’s first name, but "FirstName" will.

Custom text fields can be created and used as mail merge fields. When adding custom fields to a template, be sure to remove any spaces or non-alphanumeric characters. For example, if the field is named "Time: Get This," it should be entered in the Word document as "TimeGetThis."
