In Wealthbox CRM, there are various In-App, Email, and Text Notifications you can enable.
From your Notifications page in Settings, you can enable the following:
In-App Notifications:
When a co-worker uses the “Notify” feature within notes or activities (i.e. tasks and events), the select users will receive an in-app notification and or email depending on the checkboxes selected.

Notifications can be expected with the following actions when "Notify" is selected:
User Actions:
- User adds a contact
- User deletes a contact
- User adds a note
- User assigns a task
- User is invited to an event
- User notifies another user via an activity reply
- User adds a task
- User updates a workflow step
- User adds an event
- User adds an opportunity
- User adds a file
- User adds a project
Email Notifications:
Email me a daily digest email at 6 am:
- This option sends a summary of today's Tasks, Workflow Steps, Events, and Opportunities.
Email me with CRM activity updates (eg, comments, workflow steps, task/event reminders, etc.):
- Event - reminder email 15 mins before
- Task - reminder email 15 mins before
- Task - Notify the "assigned to" user with a task-assigned email when a task is created by another user and/or when the assigned task is updated by another user
- Stream item - Notify with a “like” email when the stream item you created is liked
- Workflow - completed email

Workflow – notify the next step email for the assigned user.

You will receive an “Action required” email when a step you are assigned to becomes active unless you've already completed that step.

For example, if you complete step 1 and are assigned to step 2, you won’t get the notification. But if someone else completes step 1, you’ll receive the email below for step 2.

Users will also receive the below email and in-app notification when assigned to a new step.

Mobile Phone Text Notifications:
- Send an SMS alert 15 minutes before a task with a specific date/time due.
- Send an SMS alert to my phone 15 minutes before an event starts.
Other System Notifications:

New User Invites: When a user is newly added to a workspace for the first time, they will receive an email notification to complete their account setup.

- Removed users who are re-added will not receive invites.
- Existing users added to additional workspaces will not receive invite notifications.

- Wealthbox Mail Reply Reminders - Users can toggle on Email reply reminders when composing an email message. If the email recipient(s) do not reply within the set time, Wealthbox will alert the user who sent the email, similar to the screenshot below:
- Import Notifications*- Wealthbox will send an email alert to users once their import has completed.
- Bulk Action Notifications* - Wealthbox will send an email notification to users completing bulk actions to alert them that the bulk action has completed.
* -These notifications are automatically sent and cannot be toggled on/off.
