How do I add an event to my calendar in Wealthbox?

You can create events from the Publisher within the Home page in Wealthbox, from the calendar page or directly from the related contact, opportunity or project records.

When creating a new event, you have the ability to set repeating criteria, add coworker users and apply a custom category to easily identify the type of event on your calendar.

Common Event questions

Q: Do past calendar events appear on a contact record?

A: Yes! When calendar events are linked to a contact or household in Wealthbox, they will appear in that record’s Activity Feed for historical reference.

To locate them more easily, you can use the Activity Feed filter to sort specifically by “Events”, which will help you quickly surface past meetings and scheduled activities.

In addition to the activity feed, the Upcoming Activity > Events section — found on the right side of the contact record — displays any calendar events scheduled to occur within the next 13 months, giving you a forward-looking view of upcoming meetings and important dates.
