Themes can be used in conjunction with Email Templates in Wealthbox. Email templates are pre-designed and pre-written email messages used as a starting point when composing emails on a specific topic or for a particular purpose.
Themes allow you to insert pre-designed headers and footers into email templates. When designing a Theme, you will use the {{Content}} merge field to indicate where the contents from the Email Template will display.
Use cases:
Examples of Themes, you may use a summer Theme in conjunction with an email Template for scheduling yearly reviews, that contains information about your summer hours or perhaps a Theme for each of your firm's advisors with specific details applicable to the advisor.
To add a theme:

Navigate to your email settings by clicking the gear in the lower left corner of the Wealthbox email tab

Click into the “Themes” tab and click the green “Add Theme” button

This page allows you to apply basic formatting and insert merge fields to create your theme which can then be used within a given template
