Admins have access to the administrative settings of your workspace. This includes managing users, groups, opportunity stages, custom fields, file categories, and changing the workspace name. Since admins can change the behavior of the workspace it's best to only give this access to users you trust.

Note that admins do NOT have access to billing information and cannot cancel or change account plans.
