Adding an email account as a shared account allows other users to send emails from that address. This can be useful if your firm sends emails from a shared account such as info@domain.com, or if an advisor wants to let another user send emails on their behalf.
To connect a shared email inbox within Wealthbox Mail, go to Email Settings> Email Accounts> and click “Connect New Email” under Shared Email Accounts. From there, follow the prompts to set up the shared inbox.
