How do I send a contact to LaserApp Enterprise?

How to Enable the Integration

  1. The integration is enabled for all users by default, but requires Laser App Enterprise to be used. 
  2. Navigate to the desired Contact Record page in Wealthbox. 
  3. Under “Contact Details” on the right panel, choose “Laser App Enterprise” from the “Send To” drop-down.

  4. This will download an XML file.
  5. You can now upload this file to your Laser App account.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why can't I open the downloaded file after clicking "Send To Laser App Enterprise"? 

A: If you can't open the generated file after selecting Laser App Enterprise from the Send To dropdown menu, we recommend verifying that you have Laser App Enterprise by contacting Laser App Support.

Q: Why am I seeing LaserApp Enterprise as an option to “Send to”? 

A: The 'Enterprise' version is available for all accounts but requires LaserApp Enterprise to be utilized. We cannot remove it from the Send-To list at this time. 

Q: What contact details are exported?  

A: The LaserApp Enterprise button will export the contact details you're viewing as an XML file. It does not automatically send contact details unless the file is manually uploaded to a LaserApp account.
