What calculations are available in Reports?

To add calculations to your report results, click the menu of the applicable column and select your desired calculation. This option is available on the report results page.

Report Calculations are available on Premier and Enterprise level plans.

Calculation Types

Sum

The sum calculation adds up all the values in the column.

Sum calculations are supported for the following field types:

    • Number

    • Currency

Average

The average calculation provides the mean by dividing the sum by the count of values for the column.

Average calculations are supported for the following field types:

    • Number
    • Currency
    • Percent

Maximum

The maximum calculation provides the highest value in the column.

Maximum calculations are supported for the following field types:

    • Number

    • Currency

    • Dates

    • Percent

Minimum

The minimum calculation provides the lowest value in the column. Zeroes are included in this calculation, while empty fields are not.

Average calculations are supported for the following field types:

    • Number
    • Currency
    • Dates
    • Percent

Count

The count calculation provides the count of values in the column. Zeroes are included in the count, while empty fields and "false" values (for checkbox fields) are not.

Count calculations are supported for all field types.
