To share the emails that sync from your email address to the email tab on a contact record, with everyone in your workspace:
- In the top-right corner, click the three stacked dots (⋮) and select “Settings.”
- Select "Groups" in the sidebar.
- Select “Email Accounts.”
- Click on the down arrow next to your individual account.
- Select "Sharing."
From there, set sharing to your Default Visibility Permission. You can also check the box to override existing sharing rules set on an individual contact basis. Note: Checking this box will override existing sharing rules that you may have set on individual contacts, intending to keep them private.
