The Wealthbox Mail tracking feature allows you to track opened email messages as well as clicked links which were included in your email messages sent from Wealthbox.
These options can been enabled or disabled by navigating to the General tab of your “Wealthbox Mail” settings page from your Personal Settings. Keep in mind that tracking is not visible to the recipient.
After you have sent an email in Wealthbox Mail, you can view robust tracking statistics by clicking on the following icon within Wealthbox Mail, or viewing the same icon in your sent messages.
Note: The tracking feature is only available for emails sent from Wealthbox Mail, not your email client, and is user specific. Each user can only view tracking for emails they have sent.

A: No. The email tracking feature allows you to see tracking information for emails that you have sent from Wealthbox, and each user can access just their own sent email tracking information.
